Yeah the movies always broke my heart as a kid And I've never forgotten it. I loved watching the second one where the Great Prince struggles to raise bambi. It was really cute tho (and Patrick Stewart's voice is a gift)

I can't find myself completely agreeing with this. After all, its incorrect to say effort can't equate to love because that only applies when the person you're interested in isn't actively interested in you. However, if that person IS interested in you, then your effort would be appreciated, and you would become more desirable in their eyes for trying so hard for them
