If I was ever lucky enough to talk to you, I would tell you that you sound almost as gorgeous as you look, and that it is amazing to talk to you. I would say that it is just us, so there is no reason to be nervous and take your time because I want to hear everything you have to say.

If you have a job where you sit all day, stand up for a little every so often. If you have a job where you stand, bend your knees so that you are in a squatting position and back up to standing a few times in a row every hour. Walk around a small bit, if you can. The idea is to keep blood from pooling and muscles from remaining static for long periods of time.
