I've been thinking about the whole "coming out" thing a lot recently.
I'm not gay, but I'm pansexual, and a couple of friends think I should "come out" to my dad about it, but I really don't see any reason to unless I am in a non-hetero relationship.
Do you guys think I should or need to come out to him?

^ I agree with annoyinglypositive. Only you can know when the right time to come out is. If you think your dad would be unaccepting or even threatening toward you because of your sexuality, you should wait, but otherwise, it's up to you.

This video made me cry! I'm not gay but i support every single person out in this world who is! The courage the few people in this video have is amazing. I bet this is a really hard thing to do and I am proud of those who already came out and those who are still struggling with this need to see how supportive people are and although not everyone will be as accepring don't forget you have people like us who will be! Be yourself guys and gals! I know its such a cliché thing to say but it's what we ALL have to do. Accept who you are! Gay or Straight; Black or White; Thin or Thick, Tall or Short.. Who cares?! You are all BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL, AMAZING, TALENTED and SO MUCH MORE!
