Tl;Dr: the report highlighted that dog-spooners wake up more frequently, and as you'd know if you've ever tried sleeping next to a dog that does that snuffling, one-leg-running thing at 4 AM, waking up frequently makes you tired.

Non-American here. Why do you think that showing the shooter's face is a wrong thing? Don't you think the shooter feels shame on seeing his photo on TV for committing a crime?

There is more to this than the education system. Most international students have to go through various hurdles such as entrance tests, English proficiency tests and Visa interviews to finally be able to make it to the university and it is pretty competitive. Hence, most students that finally make it are generally tough cookies and academically brilliant.
