Some people plan to have the dog forever, sometimes it doesn’t work out. Sometime they get lost, sometimes they get to old to care for it. Don’t say things like this till you know the whole story. Yeah there are ppl out there who just don’t want to take care of them so they put them in shelters but it’s better than leaving them on the side of the ride, or killing them.
