I believe that would be, "A Time to Kill," based on the book by John Grisham.

This is why names of people accused of sex crimes should not be released until they are at least indicted. If you "trust the process," then let the process run to a certain point before painting someone with a scarlet letter.

In theory, HOAs can be wonderful things: they keep a neighborhood looking nice. Imagine paying $800,000 for a home only to have someone move in across the street that never cuts their grass, and allows their yard to become a suburban junkyard. Your property value would plummet.
The problem, and the danger, is when HOAs become run by a bunch of control freaks that are bored and have nothing better to do than ride around looking for "infractions." That's when they become like something out of a George Orwell novel.

I get that, but the way this post is phrased, it sounds like the law specifies rapists.

Is this what the law actually says, or is this how someone is interpretting it?

If you are referring The Passion, it was not antisemitic. It simply told what happened, in regards to the process by which Jesus was crucified, according to the New Testament. The supposed "antisemitism" drew huge crowds in the muslim world, but many came away disappointed at what they saw.
If anything, the film was "anti-Roman" in its content.

I knew a guy who had this happen to him, except that it was a lobster. He was already intoxicated and he was in one of those restaurants where they bring the lobster out for you to approve before they cook it. He decided to take a closer look, and (apparently, the claw was loose) that lobster pinched his ear lobe with one of his claws. They tell me it took several servers to pull that thing off of him.

To be completely fair, Websters (and other dictionary publishers) are always updating the definition of words as society changes the way those words are used.
One example of this is the word "liable." When I was a kid, using it in place of "likely" was considered incorrect. However, enough people kept using it that way that it became the norm, and now dictionary com lists "likely or apt" as a third definition of the word "liable."
If society as a whole quit using the term "facism" in the traditional way, the dictionaries are going to follow suit.

Basically, yes. A lot of embezzlement cases are uncovered when the thief goes on vacation, and someone else is doing their job for them. They have access to whatever the thief was doing and can sometimes catch on to whatever was happening.

That's not BBQ, that is grilling a steak. A nice looking steak, for certain, but grilling a steak is not a Bar-be-que.

It's just another example of how male and female brains are wired differently. For whatever reason, men respond to it positively, and women don't. That's one reason why so many men don't see it as a problem: they assume that since they would like it and would take it as a compliment, that the woman they are catcalling would do the same.

A cat's teleportation skills become more evident when you are trying to give them a pill or put them in a carrier to take them somewhere.

They aren't. They are contributing money towards the construction, not just giving it to the Bills.

More like, getting married at 23 is like leaving the club as you see things are winding down.
Seriously, college is when you are surrounded by eligible people that you have a lot in common with. Once you get out into the work force, the dating pool starts getting more and more shallow the older you get.
